Job Summary:

As part of our growing exhibition design and build company, you will play a key role in generating business, managing client accounts, and ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in exhibition/trade show services, events, B2B sales, business development, or project management and outbound calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for phone, email, and video calls and in-person interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic project coordination software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and develop new leads through strategic outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups with companies participating in trade shows.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and offering tailored exhibition stall solutions.
- Conduct client consultations to understand project needs, brand guidelines, and event objectives.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM entries, and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate closely with clients to gather project briefs and ensure clarity in expectations and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop booth concepts, prototypes, and final design approvals.
- Manage end-to-end communication between clients, internal departments, and external vendors.
- Ensure project handovers, logistics, installation, and dismantling are completed smoothly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, global exhibitions, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- Identify upcoming trade shows and proactively reach out to potential exhibitors.
- Represent the company professionally during client visits, meetings, and occasional event site inspections.
